Having just spent the last week being taught by Bob Proctor, this was one of the things that stood out the most. For you to be able to attract the things that you want to have in your life you need to be calm and relaxed.
When you are stressed, frustrated, tense you push them away. It was amazing to hear Bob say this word slowly and softly. Relaaaaax. And in an instant 100 plus people followed the instruction and let go of the breath they were holding on to. It reminded me of how much I had spent my life tense and worrying about things that I couldn’t control.
The added bonus is that when you are relaxed you become more creative and the ideas will flow.
Relax and Let go. And when you let go you make space for something better. Practice this for the week ahead and have a wonderful start to your day
