Are you comfortable?

“The comfort zone is a great place, but nothing grows there.”

The comfort zone may feel nice, cosy..easy… You feel comfortable, but you aren’t where you want to be in life.

Nothing grows from being comfortable.

The only way to get to where you want to be – whether it is in work, business, relationships, or any other area, you’ve got to set that goal and move into it.

…even if it is scary
…even if you have to do something different
…even if you do not know how
…even if it is uncomfortable.

It may feel scary to not know what the next steps are, and in most cases it is.

You are conditioned to stay where you are. 95% of your behaviour is habitual, subconscious. Just think about crossing your arms. You don’t have to even think about it. If you had to cross your arms the other way you would have to think about it and it feels uncomfortable. The first thing you want to do is go back to how you were.

You aren’t a tree, you can move!!

If you are ready for growth, I can help you.

I can help you get out of your comfort zone and achieve those goals you may be scared to achieve.

Just reach out I’d love to speak with you. Make a time here

Have a fantastic week ahead!

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
