Are you open to receiving?

Do you block the good that you desire?

Do you realise how many mixed messages you send out through your thoughts and how you are feeling?

This can be a complete upgrade of the conversations that you have with yourself. Telling yourself that it is possible, that you can have what you want, that you are worth it.

Being able to receive allow others to give.

Even things as simple as someone complementing you. What do you do with that? Do you welcome it in, do you say thankyou, do you reject it does it make you feel uncomfortable.

For example, a compliment is just like a present. If you don’t receive it willingly you block good coming your way and you stop the other person from giving.

Be open to receive, so that others may give!

Have an amazing week ahead !!!
