Are you open to receiving?

Can you be open to receiving all that has showed up for you this year?

All the good, all the bad, all the stuff that has happened.

More than likely not. (I certainly don’t find this easy!!)

If you can be open to receiving all of it with ownership, grace and responsibility you may be able to shift your perception and see that it is exactly what you need to make a change, to wake you up, to do things differently , to realise you are on track, to say I am never doing that again.

Steve Jobs said, “You can’t connect the dots looking forward, you can only connect them looking back”.

2023 could have been a year of dots, be they of pain, of growth, of heartache or pure joy, happiness, love.

Rumi says, “What you are seeking is seeking you”.

What is it that you are truly seeking and wanting for yourself that is deep in your heart? Give yourself permission over the holiday period for this desire to come forth. Be really honest with yourself about where you are and where you truly want to be, knowing that the journey you are on is yours alone and can’t be compared to any one else’s.

Thankyou for being a part of this community and allowing me to share my thoughts with you. ????

I wish you a blessed Christmas and holiday season filled with peace, joy and love. ????

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
