Can you hear it?

Can you hear that? That quiet voice speaking to you.

Are you listening to it or are you ignoring it?

You know, that voice that tells you not to do something or that voice that tells you to do something.

You’ve heard it when it tells you to leave a job right? Leave a relationship, sort out your health. You’ve ‘heard’ your gut instinct and haven’t acted on it and it’s bitten you on the bum!!!

You all have that voice or gut instinct, but haven’t been taught how to use it to listen to it or to really understand. Your intuition.

You can’t hear it or feel it if you are in busy mode, stressed, under pressure. You will hear it or feel it more clearly when you are calm, relaxed and still.

I receive it when I’m walking on the beach, driving my car, being in the garden. I’ve learned how to use it and trust it with my business, personal life, my health, with money, with everything in my daily life. I can now ask myself questions and just wait for the answer. Sometimes it comes straight away, other times it can take a bit longer.

Sometimes the answers and the ‘guidance’ can be completely illogical.

This week practice listening to your intuition, write down what you hear/feel. Act upon it if it feels right for you. It’s a mental muscle that you can build to work for you.

Have an amazing week ahead!!

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
