Do the illogical.

You and I have been conditioned to work hard, to push through, to take lots of action. One of my biggest lessons was to do the exact opposite. Learn how to be still, quiet, to just think and be.

This was my work last Monday.

Walks on the beach and spending time in the bush.

This ”work” helps me be the best version of myself and be intentional and present. Surely there were more important things I should be doing – meetings , presentations, follow up calls? Thinking, realigning, being grounded, focused is a priority to be intentional.

It may seem illogical and once I thought it was too.

I’ve since found this is the most important work – being in my best energy and sharing that with others.
