Do you have those down days?

Do you have those down days?

I was surprised when a client said to me last week, “You have them too?”

Of course. I have had a big year and been riding the waves of grief, disconnect and recreating a new life

I am grateful every single day for learning about how to use my mind from Bob Proctor.  There is good in everything and everything is always working out.

Even when it looks like it isn’t.

I still have negative thoughts.  I’ve just got good at recognising them and replacing them.

Even when I was out walking today, I realised I had a choice in perspective about what I was thinking about.  (I have A LOT of internal dialogue with myself !!!)

I asked myself this question.  Is this thought making you feel good?  It wasn’t.

I changed the subject in my head and focused on something else.

This is a tool.  This was something that I had to be taught and you can learn it too.

If you are dissatisfied and sick and tired of being sick and tired reach out.  I’d love to speak with you and share with you the ways that I learnt to shift this. Reach out here.

You have the ability to choose.

Have a fantastic week ahead!!!

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
