Do you know what the hardest thing to do is?

It is to think the thoughts that you want to have regardless of experiences.  It is said to be “the hardest work in the world.  To do things the way that you want to do them , you have to acquire the ability to think the way you want to think “.  Wallace Wattles.

It takes awareness and self-discipline to control the mental conversations that you carry on with yourself.

Are you aware of the habitual thoughts you are having? Just take a look at the results that are showing up in your life.  Your results have come about by the combination of the thoughts and feelings you have had.

The idea is to use your power of thought and feeling positively, in order to attain positive results.  Use it negatively and you get negative results.” Genevieve Behrand.

“You cannot think positive and negative thoughts at the same time” Thomas Troward. That is why awareness of thought is so important and to develop a positive mental attitude (that is a composite of your thoughts, feelings and actions).

A great exercise to increase this awareness is to set your alarm on your phone to go off 5 times throughout the day.  Check in and see what thoughts you are having, how you are feeling and what actions you are taking.

Have a sentence on hand that you can use and say in your mind when the alarm goes off,

“ I have a large, steady dependable income” or ,

“ I am focused and productive” or,

“I am getting better each day” or,

“Everything is always working out form me” or,

“I have perfect health and make good decisions for my mind and body”.

Consciously choose to repeat this to yourself over and over and mix it with the feeling of confident expectation.

Hold the thoughts of what you want for yourself and know that you become what you think about.  This is one of the key ingredients to helping you fulfil your goals.  Focus on what you want and feel good about it.

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
