Do you know what the hardest thing to do is?

It is the self-discipline to control the mental conversations that you carry on with yourself.

I have been working with people who are wanting to really improve their inner talk to being positive, being accountable for their actions and having phenomenal results. And Id love to share with you what they are doing.

Set your alarm on your phone to go off 5 times throughout the day. Check in and see what thoughts you are having, how you are feeling and what action you are taking.

Have a sentence on hand that you can use and say in your mind when the alarm goes off as well. Ie “ I have a large, steady dependable income,’ or “ I am focused and productive,” or “ I am getting better each day” or “I choose positive inner thoughts”. Consciously choose to repeat this to yourself.

Ray Stanford, Bob Proctors’ first mentor, told him something critical during one of their first conversations they ever had. He said, “You need only one quality to succeed. You must have discipline.”

And like anything new this takes practise, perseverance and discipline.

I have created a  30 Day Challenge  to help those of you committing to yourself and what you wanted to achieve – me included!!! Your accountability to yourself increases when you are aware, when you write down what you want to achieve , and then when you share it with another person.

Let me know if you are up for the challenge – Id love to support you.

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
