Eat Dessert First

EAT DESSERT FIRST!!!

Not sure about you but I know I was brought up that there was an order to do things. Certain ways to eat food, ways to dress, way to speak. This programming is what has created our habits, our beliefs and behaviours. However some of this conditioning isn’t serving you.

Many of us have been taught to do our work before play and we’ve got locked into this idea that his is how life is. We keep persisting in doing things from the mechanical (DOING) instead of coming from the spirit of things and doing what we love (BEING).

I encourage you this week to BE DISRUPTIVE.

Eat desert first. “Play” first then work. Cross your arms a different way, walk to work a different way, drive home a different way. Challenge yourself.

For over a year I wrote a sentence out with my non writing hand. Why? To show myself that it isn’t easy to change my programming it takes time. Persist with it and observe and question yourself why you do things the way you do them

Have fun being disruptive and have a great week ahead.

Let me know how you go!!!
