Eat Dessert First!

Not sure about you but I know I was brought up that there was an order to do things. Certain ways to eat food, ways to dress, way to speak. This programming is what has created our habits, our beliefs and behaviours.

However some of this conditioning isn’t serving you.

I encourage you this week to BE DISRUPTIVE!

Cross your arms a different way, walk to work a different way, drive home a different way. Challenge yourself. For over a year I wrote a sentence out with my non writing hand. Why? Have fun being disruptive and me know how you go!
