Environment Matters

Have you ever noticed that sometimes you’re simply not in the right environment to flourish?

You may be surrounded by people who don’t truly understand or support you.

You may have been there so long that you don’t even realise you’re settling.

Over time, your light grows dimmer.

Imagine if you learnt that it was okay to leave the job, relationship, friendship, or situation that no longer serves you.

Imagine knowing that choosing yourself isn’t selfish.

How long do you wait before making a change?

You stay because of guilt, obligation, fear of judgement, or putting everyone else’s needs before your own.

But what if you trusted yourself to decide what’s best for you?

If you’re not in an environment where you can thrive, what is one small change you can make this week?

You are either creating and moving forward, or slowly disintegrating by staying where you no longer belong.

What’s one small change you’re ready to make this week to create an environment where you can thrive?

Have an amazing week ahead!!!
