Ever been put in a box that doesn’t define you?

Have you ever been put into a box that doesn’t define you?
· Super powerful
· Intimidating
· Too competitive
· Too strong
· Outspoken
· Forceful
· Too productive
· Not good enough

Listening to Brian Proctor over the weekend he talks about how what other people say is there stuff and you don’t need to take it on board. Interesting, eh?

Do you believe that? Are you able to listen but not take it on board? It’s a big one if you have been conditioned to people, please and do the right thing for everybody else. Or minimise their discomfort. You become a plaything for everyone else.

We can spend a lifetime finding that out and unravelling everybody’s other beliefs that we have been conditioned with.

Life’s lesson is to be you. Unapologetically you.

Start expecting more from yourself instead of living up to others’ expectations of who and what you should be and do.

⭐️Understand this – you are awesome, you are extraordinary and you are better than you believe yourself to be.⭐️

Have a wonderful week ahead !
