Ever wanted something so badly…

Great question this week –
“Rachael, How do I stop trying and overthinking something that I want so badly?”

My response – Get yourself calm and relaxed. When you are tense and in a state of wanting you hold yourself away from what you want. You know that frustrated feeling?

If you have ever played sport you know exactly what I mean – things just keep going wrong. As soon as you get frustrated or overthink you jam yourself and your body literally does everything you don’t want it to do, you make mistakes. Or if you are in a meeting you say the wrong things and get flustered.

You have got to trust yourself. Trust in your ability.

This will work whether you are 9, 16 , 47, 60 years of age. These also represent people who have done this over the past few weeks.

Come from a place of being calm and relaxed in your mind and body.

Tell yourself “I know exactly what to do”. Its a powerful statement. Repeat it over and over and notice how different you feel. Your results will change.

Have a fabulous start to your week

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
