This is the nature of the work that I do with myself everyday.

It can be easy to let the program keep running of the younger self when you aren’t event aware that you have a choice,

BUT you do have a choice.

You can make a decision today to let the adult you take over the steering wheel of your life and put your younger self in the backseat.

You are not your past, but it is controlling your future.
