How do your clothes make you feel?

When you get dressed in the morning do you consider what clothes you are going to wear or do you just throw things on?

Most of the time you are pretty considered in your selection depending on where you are going, what you feel like wearing, and who you are catching up with – right?

Think about your thoughts – are you as selective?

Choose your thoughts like you choose your clothes – choose ones that make you feel good.

Thoughts matter.

“Your thoughts are a living force.“ Ralph Waldo Trine.

They are creating what is present in your life whether you are aware of it or not.

Next time you are getting dressed consider what thoughts and feelings you want to take with you for the day and be intentional.

Be more deliberate in your thoughts and focus.  Look for the things that you want to see and do things that make you feel good.  Nothing is more important than feeling good.

Have a wonderful start to your week!!!

Cheers

Rachael

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
