I am…

The words that follow ‘I am…’ follow you.

I loved visiting a classroom recently where I spoke with students about exploring a career and doing what you love with the Beacon Foundation.

This picture was on the wall.

What I loved was the reinforcement of such great words and affirmations that the students could fill their subconscious with – belief in themselves.

It is time for you to give your attention to that inner voice inside of you. The really quiet one that you forget to pay attention to. What does it say to you?

  • I am angry
  • I am sad
  • I am confident
  • I am never going to get this work done
  • I am in so much debt
  • I am productive
  • I am busy
  • I am healthy in my mind and my body
  • I am abundant and prosperous

Understand that negative images and thoughts have been crowding your mind since the day you came into the world.

Become aware of the words/ thoughts you are saying about yourself after I am ……

Tweak the programming that exists in your mind just like you would upgrade the bugs in an app on your phone.

Let me know if I can help you.

Have a fantastic week ahead 😀
