If you can…

If you can see it in your mind you can hold it in your hands.

You see your mind sees in pictures and you are either talking yourself into them happening or talking yourself out of them.

I just spent the most amazing 2 weeks away with my family chartering a yacht, island hopping in the Whitsundays, staying at Hamilton Island and Hayman Island.

For many years I had a vision board and nothing happened. You see I would look at the pictures and wish that things would happen – I didn’t actually believe that they would. I had the same pictures for 8 years and then started working with Bob Proctor.

“If you can see it in your mind you can hold it in your hand”  he would say. Mix this with the right thoughts and the right feelings and things can change very quickly.

This picture went on my vision board in January this year

I had been talking with my husband about this trip for 20 years at least.

What have you been thinking about doing, but tell yourself its not possible?

Get a picture of it, put it somewhere you can see it every day. What is the feeling you would get if you had achieved it? Talk yourself into it.

This is the photo of us on the boat 10 days ago with all the family

My next masterclass is on vision boarding – keep your eyes out for it.

Have a fantastic week ahead!

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
