If you don’t like what’s showing up…

If you don’t like what is showing up in your physical world, how do you change it?

Stop giving it attention and direct your thoughts in the opposite direction.

Focus on what you want take everything into your consciousness your imagination and do you work there
This really is understanding the law of cause and affect. Most of us get caught up on focusing on the results, the effects, what we see and hear through our senses.

When what you actually have to go is go behind what you want, which is the cause. The energy behind what it is that you want – i.e. more money (prosperity instead of lack), health (wellness instead of sickness).

This took me years to wrap my head around as I was so focused on what was going wrong, what wasn’t working and giving my attention to that.

As soon as I learned, (through practice and lots of it!!!), to recognise what I didn’t want. To stop giving that attention, and start focusing on what I did want in my imagination that’s when things started to change.

That’s where the real power lies in changing the conditions in your life.

What can you do this week to start focusing on what you want?
