If you understand the science behind what you’re doing…

If you understand the science and the maths behind what you are doing 1+1 always equals 2.

January is a great time of year to be setting your goals and getting clear – but the reality is you can do this any time of the year.

I love this 4 step process from Esther and Jerry Hicks:
Step 1 – Sort and sift, get clear on what you don’t want helps you to move towards what you do want. (Most people get stuck here and don’t define what they want. They keep focusing on what they don’t want).
Step 2 – Ask for what you want.
Step 3 – Allow and listen/feel intuition, inspiration and take the inspired action.
Step 4 – More of Step 3.

If you understand the science and the maths behind what you are doing 1+1 always equals 2.

Water plus heat always creates steam. A bulb planted in the ground always produces the same flower; an iris bulb always produces an iris, never a daffodil. It can’t produce anything else other than is the patterned plan.

What is your patterned plan? Are you wanting more prosperity but focusing on lack?
The mathematical equation for that is 1-1 = 0. You can’t get prosperity when you have a poverty consciousness.

You can’t get what you want when you are focusing on what you don’t want 1-1 = 0.

What are you focusing on?

What is the invisible energy behind what you do, your intention, your belief, your feeling? This is what creates the resistance or allowing force, either repelling or attracting what you want.

Develop the mindset behind what you want and learn how to get out of your own way. I’d love to chat with you about how I can help you to do that. My next round of Thinking into Results starts in a few weeks. Do you want to join me? Book a call here and find out if it’s a good fit for you.

And remember – What are you focusing on?????

Watch your words

Watch your words

The word Abracadabra is said to have ancient Aramaic roots connected to the idea of “I create with my words.” There is an old saying: “You are hung by the tongue.” What are you saying about yourself, your life and your circumstances? Be mindful of the story you speak...

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
