Intention

Intention – What is yours?

Setting your intention in even the simplest of tasks can make such a difference to how you feel and the outcome of what you are doing.

I was thinking about this when I was making an apple crumble over the weekend and how I wanted people to feel when they were eating it.   The secret ingredient in all my cooking is love. The feeling I was in when I was peeling lots of apples was joy.  It could have easily been different if I was thinking about all I had to do, how many apples I had to peel and the task ahead, etc.

Developing the habit of setting the intention about how you want to be, how you want to show up and the outcome you want is something you can do for everything in your life.  From the first meeting you have on a Monday morning to purchasing your cup of coffee, making the next phone call and heading in to see your family at the end of a day.

You have a choice.  How do you want to show up?  What is your intention?

Have a fantastic week ahead ????

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
