Look for the Good
This week I want to thank all of you who have given me feedback on how the Monday Inspiration emails are helping you.

You may never know the impact of the work you do.

Many of us are conditioned to look for external feedback as to how well we are going – I certainly know that I used to. This came from seeking self-approval rather than knowing that what I did was worthy, regardless of what others thought.

You know how you feel when you receive a compliment about your work, your contributions your efforts.

Make this week a week that you make an effort to leave others with the impression of increase, look for where you can be encouraging, look for the moments where you look for the good and share this with others.

Have a fabulous week ahead ⭐
