One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do… is REST.

This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to this and now teach others to do the same.

Can you give yourself permission to simply down tools and take some time for you?

To rest. To recharge. To fill your tank in whatever way fills you up.

Most of us are familiar with the phrase, “I just have to do this and then…”

And then there’s always something else.

I encourage you to look at your calendar and actually put some time in for YOU this week.

Not when everything else is done. Not when you have time.

Schedule it.

And while you’re there, look ahead over the next three months and ask yourself: Where can I create some space to rest and recharge?

Because sometimes resting isn’t being unproductive. Sometimes it’s the most productive thing you can do.

Have a wonderful start to your week.

Cheers
Rach

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...

Be disruptive

Be disruptive

What if the rules you've been living by... aren't actually yours? Most of us grew up believing there was a "right" way to do everything; eat your vegetables before dessert, work before play, dress a certain way, speak a certain way. Over time, those repeated patterns...
