Recharge and Reflect

There is never a shortage of awe and inspiration to be found outdoors.

I make it a priority to go away, connect with myself, nature and the people around me.

In this fast-paced world we live in it can be so easy to get caught up in technology and ignore what is right in front of you.

There is so much wisdom in nature that when you notice it, it awakens possibility within us.  It is through communing with nature that you move closer to your own nature.

Be aware of moments when your breath gets taken away by something of great beauty.  It will inspire and energise you.

I spend time in nature daily.  Where can you create some space to do the same?

Have an amazing week ahead!!

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
