Reflection and new expectations

What do you give your attention to?

Do you notice all the things that are going wrong with your day? Do you rant in your head how bad things are and how everything is going wrong? e.g. Do you expect you’ll be parking on the 6th floor instead of the 1st?

I was conditioned to focus on the lack of something, e.g. not enough money, not enough time, being so busy. I was coming from that energy and that’s what I got more of.

What do you do? How do you change it. You become what you think about all day long whether you are aware of it or not. If you feel fat you cannot attract thin, If you feel poverty you cannot attract prosperity. If you are feeling frustrated and under the pump you cannot attract calm and ease. What are you expecting?

Take some time to reflect on what is showing up in your life and make decision moving into next year that it will be different.

If you are dissatisfied with the results in your life you have to learn how to redirect your attention more and more in the direction of what you want. Its like setting a new GPS. I know that I couldn’t do this on my own and I needed to get a coach to help me see what I wasn’t aware of, how I was getting in my own way.

If you are ready to do this for yourself let me know, I’d love to help you.

Book a time to have a chat here and I’ll help point you in the right direction.

Have a wonderful week ahead!

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
