Stop ignoring your gut instinct!

Flex your muscle – Your intuition muscle.

Trust your intuition. That quiet voice in your head. Not the one that is constantly chattering, that’s your logic and it weighs up all your options, helps you procrastinate and generally talks you out of what you want, based upon fear. What you might lose, what other people will think, who you might be letting down.

Let go of the thought that you miss out on something. That you always need to do something. That you are too fast, slow or any other critic about yourself that comes to your mind.

Intuition is a deep feeling of knowing, a sense of certainty that doesn’t require anyone else’s approval. If you tend to be more rational and logical in your thinking, you may dismiss your intuition if you can’t explain it.

Listen to your intuition – even if it seems illogical.

From experience it is always right.

Have a fantastic week ahead!!!!
