Watch your words

The word Abracadabra is said to have ancient Aramaic roots connected to the idea of “I create with my words.”

There is an old saying: “You are hung by the tongue.”

What are you saying about yourself, your life and your circumstances?

Be mindful of the story you speak ( in your mind and out loud), because your words can reinforce your thoughts, beliefs and reality.

A thought of “I have a problem” can quickly activate fear. Then you speak from that fear… and reinforce the very story you don’t want. “I haven’t got this” versus “I’ve got this”.

What you repeatedly say becomes the story you live.

This week, notice your words.

Stop telling your story of your problems.

Speak about what you want, not what you fear.

Because your words matter.

Have an amazing week ahead !!!!

What if the rules you've been living by... aren't actually yours? Most of us grew up believing there was a "right" way to do everything; eat your vegetables before dessert, work before play, dress a certain way, speak a certain way. Over time, those repeated patterns...
