What are you being called to?

Happy Monday !!!

How has your year started?

This year like many others I hibernated.
I pulled back from the world and went within, spent time in nature and with my family.
I often get this feeling where I am called to stillness.
In the past I didn’t listen to it. Now I am finely tuned to it
In the past I would have judged it as selfish, as would probably many others and kept in doing mode – being busy- to justify my existence!!

Now, I term it, self-full or soulful. It is exactly what my soul needs. To swim in the ocean and the river, not because I want to tick a box, but because it’s what I am being called to do. To read books, fish, reflect, journal , walk ,connect with myself, to be still.

This same calling happens in the work that I do. Where I listen to my intuition and reach out to people, or write material like this, or connect like minded people.

One is sharing with others the other is sharing with myself.

What is your soul calling for? What are you ignoring?

Our current paradigms (habits beliefs and behaviours) generally stop us from hearing this.
Give yourself space – even a couple of deep breaths and check in.

What’s your recipe for a beautiful life?

Have a wonderful week ahead!

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
