What are you doing?

Ever question what you were actually doing in your life?
Why you are in your current job business?
Why is health important to you? What is your purpose?

Have you found yourself questioning what you are actually doing?

I really encourage you to ask yourself the following question today:

1. Why am I doing what I am doing?

and then follow it up with this question:

2. Is this actually what I want?

This is your life. What are you trading your hours, minutes and seconds for? Let that really sink in. There is never a right time to do what you want. To change jobs, start a business, end relationships or start new ones.

It really comes down to a decision:

Is this what I really want to be trading my life for?

Now, if you were like me I found this very difficult to define as I had spent so much time of my life focusing on what I didn’t want. I was living other people‘s dreams and goals that I thought I needed to be or do.

I needed someone to help me to get clarity with this which is why I’ve had a mentor for the past 13 years.

If these questions resonated with you today reach out I’d love to chat I’ll see what I can do to help you get clarity and direction.

Have a wonderful start to your week and remember – what are you trading your life for?

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
