What are you expecting?

You may want things to be different in your life but desire is not enough.  You may want more money,  better health,  better relationships, more holidays, more down time, more freedom.  But there is a gap between what you want and what you actually have.

And it is not a coincidence.  Your thoughts become things. That is why the program I facilitate is called Thinking into Results.  You can change your results by changing your thinking. But your paradigm gets in your way and limits the success and changes in your life that you really desire.  A paradigm is a multitude of habits that have been passed on from generation to generation and almost all of our behavior is habitual.  Your paradigms are controlling you and keeping you stuck. Once you are aware of this you can create new beliefs and habits that help you to close the knowing doing gap.

Desire without expectation is merely a wish or a hope. The vast majority of people wish positive, but expect negative. If this is you make a decision today to change it.

Expect good things to happen to you every day.

What is it that you are expecting to happen in your life? Take some time today – even 5 minutes and really THINK about what you are EXPECTING to for yourself in the day ahead, in your week, in your life.

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
