What are you saying to yourself?

When you look in the mirror what do you say to yourself ?

Wouldn’t it be great if you said “ You can do that, you can do anything you want”.  “Anything you want for yourself is possible”

Instead the conversations goes like this:
“I can’t do anything right”,
“Who do you think you are”,
“I’m just not good enough”,
“I am so stupid”,
“I always stuff things up”,
“I wish I was like…”.

Over the past few weeks I have been sharing about the importance of self image in my Facebook group Mindshift for your Success.  If you want to change any result in your life it starts with your self- image.  This is the way you see yourself, talk to yourself, your entire concept of yourself.

Most people are their worst enemy.  You would never say to others what you say about yourself in your mind.

I have helped many clients and young athletes write a new self -image.  It’s like a new movie script of how they would like their life to be.

If this is something that is resonating for you,  reach out and make a time to speak with me here.

It’s time for more of what you’d love for yourself. and you deserve it.

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
