What do you fear?

Do you know what you fear?

Fear can be debilitating, can cause stomach aches, butterflies, avoidance, lack of sleep etc.

I know, I  have been experiencing it a lot over the past week.

It wasn’t until yesterday when I realised the last time I really felt this level of fear was when I asked Bob Proctor if I could interview him for my book. (and I was crapping myself !!)

I started to reflect yesterday about what was the fear that was showing up for me.

It was rejection.  I was doing all that I could do to avoid being rejected.

When I was aware of this I took action, became vulnerable and asked for what I wanted.

Even if I got rejected – I know that I will have grown through the experience.

And I felt lighter immediately.

There are so many fears that you can experience. You are only born with 2, the fear of loud noises and the fear of falling.  Everything else is made up.

“The  cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek
Joseph Campbell

Shine light on your fear , when you do it dissipates and can lose its hold on you as you take control of it.

Remember F.E.A.R. is false evidence appearing real. Face it and it will be released.

Have an amazing week ahead !!

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
