What do you need to let go of?

Happy Monday!!!

For everything, there is a season… and sometimes, the time comes to lovingly let one go.

It might be a job, a relationship, a friendship.

Too often, you hold on to something that no longer serves us.

I know I did when I was teaching in schools. I wanted to leave, but it felt easier to stay.

Fear kept me stuck, stopping me from making decisions because of what I thought I might be losing – security.

Let go. Famous last words.

I’ve realised that sometimes I can’t let go simply because I don’t even know what I’m holding on to.

Yet, every time I have released something, I’ve gained so much more.

Even when it’s hurt. Even when it’s brought pain. Even when it’s been uncomfortable.

Now is the time. What no longer serves you? What are you willing to let go of?

Give yourself permission, and know that the gains will be so worth it.

Have an amazing week ahead!!!!

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
