What do you want to stop showing up in your life?

Whether you know it or not you are creating the realities and the circumstances of your life.  Most of the time you are using your imagination against yourself.

The world in which we live is a world of imagination.

Imagining is the creative power not of only of the builder, the hairdresser, the artist, the CEO, the digital designer, the scientist, the inventor, , but also in everything YOU do.

Look around you right now.  No object is independent of imagining on some level or levels.  The book, the desk, the cushion, your phone.  All of these objects started as a thought in someone’s imagination.   Now the person could have said that’s not possible.  I don’t know how to write the book or who will ever use a phone that isn’t plugged into the wall.  And many people have done just this. Had an idea and then talked themselves out of it.

What I have learnt about ideas and imagination is that you would never have had the idea if you weren’t meant to bring it into the physical form.

Circumstances are imagined. You have been trained by those around us to focus on the lack, what could go wrong, what to avoid.  This has impaired your ability to imagine that things could be different, to focus on the opportunities, the possibilities.

The hardest work is to train your imagination to see one thing (what you don’t want usually) and replace it with what you do want.

“There can be no outer change until there is first an imaginal change. The person who is aware of what they are imagining knows what they are creating.” Neville Goddard

This is the exact process that I have used myself and taught 100’s of clients to do.

If you are sick and tired of things being the same and you’d like things to be different reach out and book a time to speak with me here.

I’ll help you get from where you are to where you want to be.

Have a wonderful start to your week ????

Watch your words

Watch your words

The word Abracadabra is said to have ancient Aramaic roots connected to the idea of “I create with my words.” There is an old saying: “You are hung by the tongue.” What are you saying about yourself, your life and your circumstances? Be mindful of the story you speak...

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
