What you do and how you show up matters…

I had the pleasure of speaking to great 10 students at the Woodbridge District High School during the week as part of the Beacon Foundation.

I was asked the question: What do I think is one of the most important skills for the workplace?

Answer: Everyday people are watching you and how you engage and communicate with them matters.

You are creating networks and you never know who that person knows that will help you in your life and your career.

How are you showing up? What impression are you leaving?
