Where do you add value?

Our dog CC is always happy to see you. She always makes you feel good as she comes up for a pat. That’s the beauty of dogs they’ve got such a great attitude.

Yesterday, a group of athletes that I was working with had a lightbulb moment. They realised that each morning before rowing there was lots of complaining. They had a spirit of negative collaboration.

They made the decision that moving forward they were going to create the habit to look for the good in their early mornings, to be encouraging of one another and fostering a spirit of positive collaboration.
That will create enormous value for the entire crew .

Where could you do this in your business, work or your life?
Where can you look for good and add value to others?

Have a fantastic start to your week!
