You can’t have an up without a down

You can’t have an up without a down. The law of polarity reminds us that everything has an opposite: fear and faith, doubt and belief.

For a long time, I focused on what wasn’t good enough.

The problem, not the solution. What was wrong, not what was right.

The shift came when I learnt about mindset and realised I had a choice about what I thought about

Changing your perception isn’t easy. It takes energy to challenge the beliefs you’ve carried for years.

But it is possible.  If I can do it, anyone can.

This week, look for the opposite.  Look for the good.   Celebrate your wins. ️

Choose a better belief and act on it.
