You have to let it in

YOU HAVE TO LET IT IN

Do you realise how many mixed messages you send out through your thoughts and how you are feeling?

Its halfway through January and you’ve probably set yourself some goals this year already.

You may have already given up on them. Understand that this is normal. This is how you mind has been conditioned. But it is ok – you can change it.

You have to convince and talk yourself into what you want.

This can be a complete upgrade of the conversations that you have with yourself. Telling yourself that it is possible, that you can do it, that you can have what you want, that you are worth it.

You have to be open to receiving what you want. The quickest way to do this is to count your blessings. Look at what you already have in your life. From the simple things to the big. Running water, a bed to sleep in, food to eat,

Make yourself feel good. This is part of the process of letting it in. I have a statement that I say everyday:

“Nothing is more important than feeling good.”

You can shift your feeling simply by looking for something that makes you feel grateful.

Feeling down, bad, anxious, angry, frustrated, upset can be a block to you letting in the good you desire. I will be expanding on this in the Facebook group Mindshift for your Success throughout the week. If you would like to join click here.

Have a wonderful week ahead and focus on letting what you want in.

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
