You may never know your impact.

People are watching what you do whether you are aware of it or not. Remember the butterfly effect. The butterfly effect is the idea that small things can have non-linear impacts on a complex system. The concept is imagined with a butterfly flapping its wings and causing a typhoon.

With one small gesture you can change somebody’s life.

I have become really aware of this through one of the lessons I share with clients, leaving everyone with the impression of increase.  Leaving each person better off from having been in contact with you.

What can you do today, and each day this week to be intentional and leave each person you come in contact with better off from being/connecting with you?
