Your Environment Matters

Most people look outside themselves for recognition.

Most people believe others’ opinions before forming their own.

But belief doesn’t come from the outside in.

It comes from within.

When your confidence depends on external validation, it rises and falls with other people’s moods and opinions and who you are surrounded by matters.

From my work with high performer’s in business and sport BELIEF IN SELF is the most important thing to develop.

Over time your environment will no longer influence you. Like the weather.  It won’t matter if it rains, is stormy, sunny or windy.  You will remain calm in your belief.

As Norman Vincent Peale said: “Believe in yourself! Have faith in your abilities! Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy.”

Until then surround yourself with people who lift you up and breathe belief into you.

Have the most amazing week ahead !!!

P.S. Thankyou to Tommy Collier one of my greatest supporters over the past 8 years 🙏

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
