The Art of Goal Achieving

Do you really understand the impact of your thoughts?

Most people spend the majority of their time biologically in the past with their thoughts and emotions. It is so easy to connect with the feeling and talk about it and it builds momentum easily and takes you right back to the place, the memory and the feeling. But it is in the past and you cant change it.

You have to train yourself to look into the future with the thoughts that you want to have and the emotions that you want to feel.

Earl Nightingale, Bob Proctors mentor, shares in his book, the Strangest Secret, that: “ A person who is thinking about a concrete and worthwhile goal is going to reach it, because that’s what they are thinking about. And we become what we think about. Conversely the person who has no goal, who doesn’t know where they are going, and whose thoughts must therefore be thoughts of confusion , anxiety, fear, and worry becomes what they think about. Their life becomes one of frustration, fear, anxiety and worry”.

Every thought shapes your life

This time in December is a great opportunity to take some time and start mapping out how you would really like your 2018 to be.
I’m serious about reaching my goal, so I’m coming up with a plan to reach it. A big part of my plan is to attend The Art of Goal Achieving on January 10-13th, 2019.
No matter who you are, where you live, how much money or education you have, if you can see it in your mind, you can achieve it. All you need is the right plan of action. Join me January 10 -13th to watch the live stream here https://bit.ly/2KvxJOy

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
