Are you settling?

Are you settling?   This is a question I continue to ask myself.

Where are you limiting yourself?  Where are you doing things from a place of people pleasing, putting others/tasks before you?

I have been working with a number of people recently

  • To help them stop people pleasing.
  • Releasing the need to continually apologise, (in texts, email, conversation )
  • To prioritise themselves and put what they want for themselves in their calendar (be it fishing, horse-riding, gym, holiday, weekend away).
  • Start setting clear boundaries.

Just implementing these 4 things make a massive difference in your life.

These are simple things to do or not to do.  Your mindset is what stops you.

Want to understand how you are settling and things could be different for you?

Reach out I’d love to help you!

    Great points Rachael!

I’ve spent many years dealing with all four – and still a way to go – but thankfully I’ve stopped apologizing for the air I breathed!!

I hope you are well and ‘settled’ (:

I’ve recently had surgery for breast cancer and start radiotherapy on Wednesday next week. And I am so grateful to God for bringing me through thus far with an amazing peace and assurance that I have because of Jesus being in my life!!

The future is looking good for me for at least another couple, or few years, so I’m trusting that in that time I can move forward with Blitztheblues in the manner I want to – and hope to!!

All the very best Rachael and bless you heaps,
    Sue x (:

Watch your words

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
