Be intentional.
Have you noticed how easy it is to get swept up with all that you happens in your day or week. The to do lists, the “busyness” of life.
One of the habits over the past few years that I have implemented is creating my day in advance. I have learnt to focus on the 24 hours ahead of me. This has allowed me to be pro-active rather than reactive, calm and productive.
Over the past week I noticed that I needed to be put this into action and focus on the 1 or 2 hours ahead of me as there was lots happening. This allowed me to step back and focus on where I was in the present and not be concerned about what else I had to do. I just stayed in the moment and the task at hand.
This took a whole lot of angst out of my day. I created the intention that everything would work out perfectly and with the outcome that I desired. I was also being open to being surprised and delighted.
Be intentional. Be present and see how this changes your focus and how you feel.
Have a wonderful start to your week!!!
