Ever feel like you don’t belong?

In my life I often felt like this. It was a judgement I made of myself.

That sense of belonging comes from you being connected with you. (Regardless of your results and where you are. Those things are just an indication of your previous thinking, feelings and results).

Belonging is an internal thing. It’s not something you can go to a shop and buy.

It is an affirmation and new belief that I had on repeat over and over “I belong”, until one day I believed it. You see I had been focusing on a belief that I didn’t belong and all I did was collect evidence in my environment to support it.

When I started to change the belief to “I belong” I looked for evidence of this, where I was connected, where things felt right.

“Your level of belonging, in fact, can never be greater than your level of
self-acceptance.
” Brene Brown.

There is always 2 sides to the coin. Where is your focus?

Have an amazing start to your week.

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
