How do you manage the highs and lows?

There are highs and lows and everything in between.

How do you show up in these times? What are your thoughts? Your feelings? Did you get stuck in the lows for days on end, or is this something that you can move through, feel the feelings and move on to the next thing?

One of the things that Bob Proctor share with me that I love so much, and has helped me in so many ways is:

  1. It is what it is.
  2. Harvest the good.
  3. Forget the rest.
  4. Focus on what you want.

Just after I wrote this I went out to check the BBQ and noticed that the plates weren’t warm. I went to relight and boom!! I lost lots of my eyebrows, ½ my eyelashes and a bit of my hair…

I went straight to this 4 step process.

  1. It is what it is – I am alright
  2. Harvest the good – I still have some eyebrows, some eyelashes and I didn’t lose all my hair. My skin is all good.
  3. Forget the rest – nothing to focus on here.
  4. Focus on what you want – it will grow back. There are delicious steaks for dinner and I am surrounded by family.

So grateful that I didn’t go into fear, what will people think. It just is.

I encourage you to write this down and remember and apply it. If you want to make more of a shift reach out and make a time to speak with me today.

And face your fears! I have never liked cooking with gas, same thing happened when I was in grade 8 and lost my arm hairs as well. All is well. If you want some help with overcoming fears join me in my masterclass next week here.

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
