I can’t do that

I can’t do that

“Whether you think you can or think you can’t you are right”. Henry Ford
“You become what you think about all day long” James Allen

You are wired to repeat your program day in, day out, unless you make a decision to rewire your neural pathways and learn to think differently.
I know this to be true because of how I have changed things for myself and others, and you can too.

  • From being frustrated to being calm.
  • From poverty to prosperity.
  • From procrastinating to being productive.
  • From people pleasing to putting yourself first.
  • From beings so busy in action mode to enjoying life and taking time out.
  • From feeling guilty to feeling good.

“If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude” Mayo Angelou.

What end of the stick do you pick up? The end of the stick of what you don’t want/can’t do or the end of the stick of what you do want/can do. This takes practise. And as a reminder I have a stick on my desk to prompt me to think what thoughts am I thinking.

Am I talking myself into what I want or talking myself out of it.

So very simple. So very easy.

But it takes focus, discipline and a decision.

Which end of the stick do you focus on? Notice your inner conversations this week.

Right thought is mastery.

Have a great week ahead!

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
