It is that ‘2 weeks into the year’ feeling…

The fun and frivolity of the holidays is starting to wear off and things start to go back to more of the same in the next few weeks in Australia.

Have you rested yourself or are you back into the mental rat race?

Taking time for yourself and filling your cup isn’t something you need to reserve for December and January. It is a habit you can build throughout the year to look after yourself.

I created Freedom Friday for myself. Where I use that day to do things that I love, that bring me joy, that allow me to rest, restore my energy supplies.

Give yourself permission to rest this year. If you are like me you’ll find that not only will you have more energy but you’ll actually achieve more by doing less.

Choose rest. If you find this hard to do – reach out. I can help you override your resistance. Make a time here.
