Make the rules of your life so that…

Make the rules in your life so that you always win.

One of the simplest ways to do this is to shift your perception.

Things won’t always work out the way you expected, but that doesn’t mean they are working against you.

What if you looked for the good? “Things don’t have meaning until you give them meaning. Choose a meaning that empowers you.”

Instead of: “I got a $100 parking ticket.” Use:“I’m grateful it wasn’t $200.”

Instead of: “My position has been made redundant”.Ask: “What might this be opening up for me?”

Instead of: “I have to change my doona cover and I really don’t like doing it.”Use: “I get to change my doona cover, and I have something that keeps me warm every night.”

Instead of: “I feel rejected.” Consider: “Perhaps this simply isn’t aligned with where I’m meant to go.”

This is easy to do and easy not to do.

What could you reframe this week that would allow you to see things differently?

Wishing you an amazing week ahead.

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
