Something to think about this week…

Something to think about this week…When I am working with you, I am like a scientist.

I want to understand what makes you really tick and what is producing your results – the failures and the success.

Your thoughts, your feelings and your actions produce your results.

Most of the time people aren’t getting the results that they want as their thoughts, feelings and actions aren’t in alignment,  it’s simple maths.

But you and I weren’t taught this. Its mindset.

Working with a business over the past week they realised that they hadn’t defined their ideal buyer and their focus was on the lack of sales. This created feelings of disappointment that things weren’t working out as expected.

Shifting this is going to shift their results.  It is cause and effect.

Whether you believe it or not:  “You become what you think about “ (Buddha, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Napolean Hill, Earl Nightingale, Oprah Winfrey, Esther Hicks, Bruce Lee, Eleanor Roosevelt, The Bible (Proverbs 23:7, Mahatma Gandh)

Surely all these people can’t be wrong?

Whether its winning a grand final (Go George!!), selling or buying a house, succeeding in your business/work, travelling having more time to go fishing, it comes down to the simple equation thoughts + feelings + actions = results.

Have an amazing week ahead!!!

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
