Thank you!

Thank you for the help ????

Having spent a week in isolation with my four children there were many lessons learnt about resting and accepting help.

There is a sense of community and connection developed here that would have been inhibited if:
1) I wasn’t able to ask for help; and
2) I wasn’t able to accept the help.

I am super grateful for the angels who walked my dogs for me, dropped off meals and delivered flowers, collected birthday presents for two of my children and checked in on me. The amount of people who offered to help was heart-warming.

Asking and receiving are 2 sides of the one coin. You have to be willing to ask and open to receiving.

Today I say thank you to all of you who are out their offering your help to others and putting good out into the lives of others. This is the power and strength that brings us altogether. It creates togetherness and community.

Have a wonderful week ahead.

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
